Dirk wears several hats at Smarty. He serves as IT Manager, Building Manager, an API Data Builder, and several other roles as well. Dirk's primary title, however, is Operations Team Lead. He helps ensure that systems are running, secure, updated and consistently monitored. Dirk's efforts help Smarty provide services that function smoothly and provide peace of mind to customers in the safety of Smarty products. Dirk has held several other IT and development roles at companies such as Symantec and SecurityMetrics, and they benefit greatly from his years of experience.
