Justyna Iwaszko is an HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations management. Currently serving as HR Manager for Poland at Smartwings since April 2019, Justyna previously held the role of HR Advisor at JIC, where responsibilities included consulting on operational and HR issues while balancing employee needs with business objectives. Justyna's experience also includes working as HR & Operations Manager at Alpha Solutions Sp. z o.o., where strategic HR policies were developed, and as Proxy at Executive Search Companies, focusing on internal audits and restructuring recommendations. Early career experience includes a position as Senior Executive Assistant at Ernst & Young Corporate Finance. Justyna holds a Master's degree in Law from Maria Curie Skłodowska University and has pursued further education in Project Management and International Law at various institutions.
