Marion Bertens is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Officer at Smartwares Group since June 2022. Previously, Marion held the role of People Services & Recruitment Coordinator at Driscoll's from June 2020 to May 2022 and worked as an HR Assistant at Magna Tyres Group for a brief period in early 2020. Marion began the career as a Junior Recruitment Consultant at Lefit Bemiddeling & Ontwikkeling from August 2019 to January 2020, after completing an internship in the same field there from January to June 2019. Early experiences include an internship focused on research for Compagnon in April-May 2017. Marion holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Studies from Tilburg University (2018-2020) and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Studies from the same institution (2015-2018), as well as a Bachelor in History from Utrecht University (2014).
