Gijs van Seeters has a diverse work experience. Gijs started their career as a Part-time Sales Employee at Servex BV in 2008 and worked there until 2014. In 2014, they joined HMS Contact Centers as a Trainee Project Manager, where they worked until April 2015. From April 2015 to October 2015, Gijs worked as a Junior Sales Analyst at Smartwares Group, where they were involved in stock rationalization and purchase strategy projects. Gijs then moved on to become a Supply Chain Analyst at Smartwares Group from October 2015 to August 2017, where they coordinated demand and supply planning and implemented reporting tools to increase supply chain efficiency. Afterwards, Gijs became the S&OP Manager at Smartwares Group from August 2017 to November 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Business Control at Smartwares Group, starting from November 2018.

Gijs van Seeters started their education journey in 2003 at Koning Willem II College, where they pursued Pre-University Education (VWO) with a focus on the field of study Natuur en Gezondheid. Gijs successfully completed their VWO in 2009.

Following this, they joined Tilburg University in 2009 for their undergraduate studies. Gijs obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Organization studies, completing the program in 2012.

During their undergraduate years, Gijs also had the opportunity to delve deeper into the field of Human Resource Studies. In 2011, they began pursuing a Master of Science degree in the Minor Human Resource Studies at Tilburg University. Gijs completed this program in 2012 alongside their bachelor's degree.

Building upon their passion for Organization Studies, Gijs furthered their education at Tilburg University by enrolling in the Master of Science (MSc) program in Organization Studies. Gijs started this program in 2012 and successfully completed it in 2014.

With a well-rounded educational background, Gijs van Seeters has equipped himself with a Bachelor's degree in Organization studies, a Master's degree in Organization Studies, and a Master's degree in the Minor Human Resource Studies.
