Yuriy Nayda is an experienced technology executive, currently serving as CTO and Managing Partner at SmartTek Solutions since April 2021, where the focus is on helping entrepreneurs develop successful products and startups. As the co-founder and CEO of UkrInSofT, a leading software solutions company established in April 2007, Yuriy oversees a team of over 40 professionals dedicated to deploying complex web solutions. Previously, Yuriy held leadership roles such as Executive Development Team Leader at Vorwaert GmbH and Senior Developer at 5Pro Software, with a strong foundation in web development and management. Yuriy holds a Master’s degree in Software Development from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv and a background in Technical Translation from Lviv School 93.
