Holly Schell is an experienced professional in education and content management, currently serving as the Customer Education Digital Content Manager at SMART Technologies since August 2022. In this role, Holly authors digital learning content and manages a monthly adoption newsletter to enhance customer engagement. Previously, as a Community Engagement Specialist and Customer Success Manager at Paper, Holly coordinated numerous customer events, developed strategic onboarding plans for K-12 accounts, and utilized data analytics for tailored support. With a solid foundation in educational roles as a teacher in multiple school districts, including Lincoln County School District, Holly has demonstrated expertise in project management of student-led publications and communications during challenging times like the COVID-19 pandemic. Holly holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction and a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education from Concordia University-Portland.
