Mike Selfe is the Founder and Managing Partner of Smartsourcing, a company established in January 2014 that specializes in providing support personnel through a unique Philippines-based outsourcing model tailored for SMEs. In addition to this role, Mike is an active Chapter and Forum Member of YPO, a premier leadership organization for chief executives, and serves as a Member of the IT & Business Process Association of the Philippines, Inc. (IBPAP), supporting the growth of the IT-BPM sector in the country. Previously, Mike founded Sports In Focus Pty Ltd, which focused on enhancing sports photography for grassroots clubs, and held various roles including Field Sales Manager, Trainer, and Advisory at Salesforce Australia (now Salmat Limited) from 1996 to 2002, contributing to client engagement strategies.
