Tom Lepley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and solutions engineering. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Solutions Engineering at Smartsheet since September 2017, Tom has held multiple roles within the same organization, contributing to the success of a cloud-based work management platform utilized by over 70,000 brands globally. Prior to this, Tom worked as a Sales Executive at ClearCompany, where responsibilities included introducing clients to talent alignment solutions. Tom's career began at Communispace Corporation, where roles included Global Sales Solutions & Strategy Consultant and Associate Consultant, focusing on client acquisition and market insights. Earlier experience includes roles in purchasing at MEC and a communications internship at Fuse Marketing. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Skidmore College.
