Nicole Riesenberger, Ph.D., is a Senior Researcher II at Smartsheet since January 2023. Previously, Nicole held various roles at Huge from January 2018 to January 2023, including Research Director, Research Lead, and Senior User Researcher. At the University of Maryland College Park, Nicole was an Assistant Clinical Professor, leading project-based research for first-year students in the FIRE Phillips Virtual Culture course. Additional experience includes serving as a Postdoctoral Fellow and User Experience Researcher at The Phillips Collection and conducting freelance user experience research for EightShapes, LLC, and the National Gallery of Art. Nicole's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Art History and Archaeology from the University of Maryland, complemented by a Master's degree from the same institution and a Bachelor's degree from the University of South Florida.
