Katie Wendling, CPSR, is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience primarily in engineering and product fields. Currently serving as Principal Recruiter at Smartsheet since November 2017, Katie has played a pivotal role in supporting enterprise achievement for over 82,000 customers. Prior to this, Katie held several positions at Harvey Nash Group, culminating in the role of Lead Technical Recruiter, where notable achievements included multiple "Recruiter of the Month" awards. Earlier experience includes serving as a Technical Recruiter and Branch Administrator at Randstad Technologies US. Katie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science from Northwest Missouri State University.
