Grace Carroll's work experience includes various roles and positions in different companies. Grace is currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer at SmartSetter since June 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Vice President Operations at SmartSetter from January 2020 to August 2023. Before joining SmartSetter, Grace was the Owner & Editor of Edit Seven Inc. from October 2018 to August 2023. Grace also owned and edited GracieCarroll.com from October 2011 to October 2017. Grace has gained experience as a Fashion Features Assistant at British ELLE from August 2010 to May 2011, as a Freelance Publicist at Glossy Magazine from October 2009 to September 2010, and as a Press Assistant at Hoopla PR from March 2010 to June 2010. Grace has also worked as a Press Assistant at Liz Parry PR from December 2009 to March 2010. Their earlier experiences include being the Head Intern at Lush Magazine from September 2007 to September 2008 and a Fashion Intern at CNP - Teen Vogue Magazine in 2008.

Grace Carroll attended Ryerson University from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Design with a focus on Fashion Communication.
