Co-founder and COO: William Ma, Master of Circuits and Systems from Zhejiang University, nearly 20 years of experience in chip R&D and management.

He once served as the R&D and product manager of Zhuosheng Micro, participated in the formation of the R&D team, and successfully participated in the management and development of more than ten H264/AVS image decoding chips, CMMB mobile TV chips, DTMB terrestrial national standard chips, video SoC chips and other chip development projects.

He has formed and led the team to successfully launch a variety of video capture card chips, standard definition audio and video transmission decoding chips, high-definition audio and video transmission decoding chips, and high-definition video ISP chips, which have been widely used by security customers.

Joined Smartway as a co-founder, served as vice president of technology, responsible for product R&D management, and is currently the chief operating officer (COO), responsible for the company's product planning, market sales and supply chain management.
