Mark Lucas serves as the Director of Special Operations at SmartRoof Inc, specializing in roofing and solar solutions since January 2020. Prior to this role, Mark co-owned BOG-Training from January 2009 to January 2020, offering tailored training, evaluation, certification, and consulting services. Mark's extensive experience in emergency services includes a position as Master Technician in Technical Rescue at Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Department from June 1991 to January 2016 and serving as Search Team Manager for VATF-1 Urban Search and Rescue from January 1995 to June 2015. Mark holds an Associate's degree in Emergency Management from Clackamas Community College, earned between 2006 and 2008.
