Bradly Newland started working at Saint Aubyn Homes in July 2014 as an Assistant Superintendent and stayed until December 2018. In January 2019, they joined SmartRent as a Senior Manager of Installations, and their tenure at the company is ongoing.

Bradly Newland attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 2011 to 2012, where they studied Biochemistry.
