Bhaskar NM has a diverse work experience starting from 2014. Bhaskar began as an intern at HMT Machine Tools, Inc. in May 2014. In January 2015, they worked as a social contributor at Inspiration Unlimited. From October 2015, Bhaskar joined SmartQ and held various roles within the company. Bhaskar worked as a Design Manager from July 2015 to March 2021, and then transitioned into the position of Marketing and HR Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Marketing and Design at SmartQ.

Bhaskar NM completed an Executive Program in Strategic Digital Marketing from Cambridge Judge Business School in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Mechanical Engineering from BANGALORE Jobs between 2015 and 2017. Bhaskar also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering from BANGALORE Jobs, which they received in 2015. Bhaskar has obtained several certifications, including "Measure What Matters (Blinkist Summary)" from LinkedIn in 2020 and various marketing-related certifications from LinkedIn in 2019-2018.
