Rich Lloyd is the current CEO at SmartPayables. Previously, they were the owner of CheckIssuing from August 2005 to June 2018. Rich also served as the CEO of Crosstown Services from October 2005 to March 2017, and the owner of Organized Data Consulting from November 2003 to December 2010. From March 2002 to December 2004, they worked as a systems administrator at Pacific Life and Annuity.

Rich Lloyd attended Arizona State University for their Bachelor of Arts (BA). Rich then attended Arizona State University West for their degree.
