Kane Gui is a software engineer with a strong background in workflow management and optimization. Kane started their career as an ORISE Intern at the FDA, where they gained experience in creating and optimizing workflows using tools such as Sharepoint, Nintex, and InfoPath. They also worked on updating and improving the office workflow for managing New Drug Applications. Additionally, Kane created a new workflow for a mentorship program, collaborating with their mentor's co-worker and implementing objectives and timestamps. Kane also attended various workshops and presentations, including leadership and project management workshops. After their internship at the FDA, Kane worked as a Junior Software Developer at Cloverhound before joining Google as a Software Engineer. Currently, Kane is employed at SmartPass as a Software Engineer.

Kane Gui holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, which was obtained between the years 2016 and 2020. In addition to their degree, Kane Gui also obtained a certification as a SAS Certified Specialist in Base Programming Using SAS 9.4 from SAS in April 2021.
