Reid Kerby is a UX Designer at SmartPak since February 2022, with a background in user experience design and instruction. Previously served as a User Experience Design Instructor Associate and Fellow at General Assembly, focusing on designing responsive, user-centered products and conducting user research. Reid has also worked as a Self-Employed professional, enhancing skills in user experience design. Additional experience includes roles at bartaco and the Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, as well as various supervisory positions at The Home Depot. Reid holds an Associate of Science degree in Information Technology from Northern Virginia Community College, completed from 2018 to 2020.
