Stephen Leung has over two decades of extensive experience in financial leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as Head of Finance at SmarTone since October 2019, Stephen also holds the position of General Manager Finance. Previously, Stephen was the International Financial Controller at Telstra from August 2015 to October 2019 and the Vice President of Finance at Pacnet from May 2010 to August 2015. Earlier in their career, Stephen worked at Tata Communications as Head of Business Development APAC and served as Director of Finance at Pacnet from June 2000 to June 2008.
