Viktoriia Shleina has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Viktoriia started their career as a F and B Intern at Millenium Plaza Dubai in 2011. Viktoriia then pursued their studies at Vatel Business School - Hotel & Tourism Management from October 2011 to February 2014. During their studies, they gained practical experience as an Intern at Tiara Miramar Theoule sur Mer in 2012 and at Novotel Nice cap 3000 in 2013. After completing their studies, they worked as a Bar Intern at Le Grand Hotel Cannes for a period in 2013. In 2014, they joined Le Grand Hotel Cannes again, this time as a Bar intern for a few months. In January 2023, they started working at SmartMerch as a Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer.

Viktoriia Shleina obtained their Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Vatel between 2011 and 2014. Viktoriia also earned a Bachelor's degree in Hotel and restaurant management from Vatel France during the same period.
