Ywe ten Kate has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical field, currently serving as Apotheker and Sales Manager at SmartMed B.V. since March 2018. Prior to this role, Ywe ten Kate worked as Apotheker and Sales Manager for Care Institutions at Mediq from May 2014 to February 2018, and as an Openbaar Apotheker and owner of four pharmacies in Apeldoorn from January 1996 to April 2014. Additionally, Ywe ten Kate served as an Advising Apotheker for Zorggroep Apeldoorn en omstreken and had various roles in training for healthcare professionals between 2002 and 2013. Ywe ten Kate also acted as the Chair of the Apeldoornse Apothekers Vereniging from 2005 to 2012 and worked as an Advisor at Brocacef. Educational background includes a Doctorate in Pharmacy from Utrecht University, complemented by studies at the University of Washington.
