Joana Dias is an accomplished Data Analyst at SmartMed B.V. since October 2022, bringing extensive experience from a significant tenure at INESC Technology and Science - Associate Laboratory, where Joana served as a Researcher and Project Manager for the ScalABLE4.0 project under the H2020 initiative from November 2016 to October 2022. Prior to this, Joana held the position of Research Assistant during a student internship focused on developing an automatic maxillary expansion appliance. Joana's early career includes a summer internship at Instituto Superior Técnico, concentrating on a surgical navigation system for pedicular screw placement. Joana completed an Integrated Master in Biomedical and Biophysics Engineering at the University of Lisbon from 2011 to 2016.
