Alicia Mickelsen has a diverse range of work experience in marketing and strategy roles. Alicia started their career at ESP-Disk as a Manager in 2002. From 2004 to 2012, they worked at Breakaway Communications as an Account Executive and later as an Account Manager, gaining experience in various high-tech industries. In 2012, they became the Director of Marketing at F Sharp, leading the company's global marketing efforts and securing coverage in major publications. Alicia then moved on to [x+1] as a Senior Marketing Manager, overseeing product launches and managing digital marketing. Alicia joined Rocket Fuel Inc. in 2014, serving as the Director of Integrated Marketing and later as the Director of Performance Marketing. In 2017, they took a sabbatical to travel the world. Upon their return, they joined Linqia as the Head of Marketing, where they implemented various marketing strategies, built a strong marketing team, and achieved significant results. Alicia then worked at Data Axle as the Vice President of Marketing, responsible for developing the marketing team and strategy for the company's Enterprise and Nonprofit divisions. Currently, Alicia is the VP of Growth Marketing and Strategy at Smartly.io. Overall, Alicia has demonstrated expertise in marketing, strategy, team management, and achieving measurable results.
