Olexandr Pokhvalit has a strong background in IT operations and system administration. Olexandr started their career at ActForex in 2006 and worked as a Senior System Administrator until 2012. Olexandr then joined Actintel as a Senior Linux System Administrator from 2007 to 2012. From 2012 to 2023, Olexandr worked at Cprime Studios, initially as a Senior Linux System Administrator and later as a Sr. System Administrator/ITop. In their role, they managed Amazon EC2 instances, deployed instances via puppet/terraform, and handled various applications and services, including custom apps. Since 2023, Olexandr has been working at Smartling as a Senior IT Operation Engineer, where they are responsible for the management of Amazon instances and services, as well as the deployment and management of different applications and services.

Olexandr Pokhvalit attended Dnipropetrovs'k State University from 1986 to 1994. During this period, they pursued a Master's degree in Automation and Control of Technical Systems.
