Luize Phelan has a diverse work experience starting in 2015 as an English Language Teacher at Seiha English Academy. In 2016, they worked as a Spanish Interpreter and later as an International Orientation Guide at the University of Limerick. That same year, they also worked as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator and an Activity Instructor at Get West Events and Adventures. In 2017, they became a Supervisor at Escape Limerick. In 2018, Luize joined The Pudding - Creative & Commercial Branding Agency as a Project Coordinator, responsible for project planning and resource allocation. They also worked as a Translation Project Manager at CETRA Language Solutions until 2021. Currently, Luize holds the position of Project Manager at Smartling.

Luize Phelan attended Christ King Girls' Secondary School in Cork, Ireland from 2008 to 2013, where they completed their high school education. Luize then enrolled at the University of Limerick from 2013 to 2017, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Applied Languages. As part of their degree, Luize Phelan also participated in an ERASMUS Study Abroad program from 2015 to 2016 at Universidad de Sevilla, where they focused on Romance Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics.
