Charrel Montalbo began their work experience as a Creative Intern at Fresh Concentrate in 2010, followed by internships at Night Agency and LIPMAN in the same year. They then worked as a Freelance Visual Designer at Tai Ping Carpets in 2012, before becoming a Designer and Freelance Graphic Designer at Avatar New York in 2013. In 2015, Charrel joined Dataminr, Inc. as a Marketing Designer, and later worked as a Brand Designer at ASAPP from 2019 to 2019. Currently, Charrel is working as a Brand Designer at Smartling since 2020.

Charrel Montalbo holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts - BFA degree in Communication Design from Parsons School of Design - The New School. Prior to that, Charrel obtained a High School Degree from Cresskill High School. In addition, Charrel has also obtained a certification in 500 RYT - Anusara Yoga from BecomeOne in January 2015.
