Dilyana Georgieva has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Dilyana is currently working as a Senior QA Engineer at Smart IT - Smart Innovative Technologies since September 2022. Prior to this, they were a Senior Software QA Engineer at Schwarz IT Bulgaria from January 2020 to July 2022, where they developed and tested web cloud solutions. Before that, they worked at deVRealm as a Software QA Engineer from April 2019 to December 2019, where they tested web and mobile software solutions. Dilyana also gained experience as a Junior QA Engineer at Dais Software from March 2016 to May 2019, focusing on testing web and mobile software solutions for the finance industry. Earlier in their career, they worked in different roles such as a Senior Specialist Credit Processing and Control at Hypo Alpe-Adria-Leasing OOD from September 2006 to February 2016, a Translator at Publishing House Slantse in August 2006, an Associate International Projects Department at Overgas Engineering from February 2004 to July 2006, and an Assistant at Gastrade JSC in June 2003.

Dilyana Georgieva completed their Master's degree in International Economic Relations from the University of National and World Economy, where they studied from 1999 to 2006. Prior to that, they attended First English Language School Varna from 1995 to 1999, focusing on English language studies, and First German Language School from 1996 to 1998, specializing in German language.

In addition to their formal education, Dilyana Georgieva has obtained several certifications. In May 2021, they completed the "Programming Basics with JavaScript" course at Software University (softuni.bg). Dilyana also holds an MS Excel Advanced Certificate from MDV Professional Education EOOD, which they obtained in December 2015. Furthermore, they are a Certified Tester Foundation Level certified by ISTQB® - International Software Testing Qualifications Board, an achievement they attained in December 2014. Additionally, in December 2011, they completed the "Oracle Database: Introduction to SQL" course offered by Oracle.
