Renee M. Gondek, PhD, currently serves as Content Director at Hanover Research, focusing on identifying client needs and ensuring the quality of research reports. In addition to this role, Renee has been an Independent Consultant and Lecturer for the Smithsonian Institution since 2014, utilizing multimedia presentations to enhance customer engagement. As a Subject Matter Expert for Smarthistory, Renee has contributed extensive research and writing on ancient Greek art. Previous experiences include project management and UX design for Kerameikos.org, and instructional design for the KeelWorks Foundation. With a background in higher education, Renee has held multiple adjunct and visiting professor positions at institutions such as the University of Mary Washington, The George Washington University, American University, and William & Mary, delivering significant educational services. Renee holds a PhD in History of Art from the University of Virginia and has acquired certifications in UX/UI Design.
