Pavol Krajci

Pavol Krajci has a diverse range of work experience. Pavol started their career as a Junior Developer at Siemens in 2003 and progressed to roles such as Developer & LM Coordinator, Senior Developer, and Senior Analyst & Software Developer. During this time, they were responsible for analyzing requests, implementation, and utilizing various technologies such as Java, J2EE, Eclipse, and Oracle. In 2010, they joined IBM Global Business Services as a Senior IT Specialist & Project Analyst before moving to Nike spol s r.o. in 2011 as a Development Manager & Senior IT Specialist. At Nike, their responsibilities included project management, overseeing development from external IT companies, and analyzing and preparing functional request specifications. Pavol then joined CRIF in 2014 as an IT Manager. Currently, Pavol is co-founder and CTO at SmartHead, where they use their extensive experience in technology and leadership to contribute to the company's success.

Pavol Krajci's education history begins with their completion of the International Baccalaureate program at GJH - International Baccalaureate from 2001 to 2003, where they studied Computer Software Engineering. Pavol then attended Technische Universität Wien from 2003 to 2006, earning a Bachelor's degree in Software and System Engineering. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in IS Management at Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave from 2008 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Pavol Krajci has obtained several certifications. These include Effective Conflict Solving from Open Soft-Skills Training in 2010, Test Driven Development from Steve Freeman in 2009, Assertive and Effective Communication from Open Soft-Skills Training in 2008, Advanced SQL from Siemens Training Centrum in 2006, Java Advanced Extended J2EE Training from Siemens Training Centrum in 2005, Rhapsody - UML based development tool from I-Logic Munich in 2005, C++ advanced course from CIS Bratislava in 2004, and O-O modeling and UML notation from Siemens Training Centrum in 2004.
