Jennifer Slosar has a long and varied career in business and product management. Jennifer began their professional career in 1994 as a Product Manager at Ford Motor Company. Jennifer then took on the role of Head Coach for Men's Volleyball at the University of Michigan. In 1998, they moved to Senior Product Manager at Star Trac. Jennifer then moved to Intel Corporation in 2000 as a Senior Product Manager. In 2005, they became Director of Product Marketing and Brand Strategy at FGX International. In 2011, they were Vice President of Marketing and Product Development at Accessories Marketing Inc. (Slime). In 2012, they became Director of Sales, Marketing, and Business Development at Illinois Tool Works (ITW) - Global Tire Repair. In 2020, they took on the roles of Chief Executive Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at SmartFoam, and Business Development Advisor at TRAQ.

Jennifer Slosar obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. Subsequently, they earned a Masters in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business.
