Erik D. is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in relationship management and commercial banking. Currently serving as Market President and Senior Vice President at SmartBank since August 2021, Erik previously held the position of Vice President of Commercial Banking at TC Federal Bank. Erik has a long tenure at Wells Fargo, where roles included Vice President and Principal Business Relationship Manager. In addition, Erik is the President of EDIG, LLC, a company focused on improving community conditions. Erik’s earlier career includes positions as Assistant Vice President at Commonwealth National Bank and Capital City Bank Group, as well as COO at A&E Wholesale of North Florida. Erik holds an MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a B.S. in Economics from the University of South Alabama.
