Mac Adkins is an accomplished educational leader and data analyst with extensive experience in higher education and online learning. As the Founder and Chief Academic Officer and Chief Executive Officer of SmarterServices since 2002, Mac Adkins has focused on leveraging data to facilitate smarter decision-making in educational settings. Additional roles include Subject Matter Expert and Course Author for ARELLO, Board member for Prattville Christian Academy, and various faculty positions at Capella University and Troy University, contributing to curriculum development and online education.
