Alan Lucas is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in software engineering and digital development. Currently serving as a Tech Lead Engineer at Smarter Grid Solutions since September 2019, Alan previously held roles as a Digital Developer at SLC and a Senior Software Engineer at Datalytics Technology. Alan's career began as a Web Developer at ACCA, contributing to the development of responsive websites for a global audience. Alan holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from Brunel University of London and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science from the University of Glasgow.
