Bea Javelosa is an experienced professional with a strong background in development management and community engagement. Currently serving as Associate Development Manager at Smarter Good, Inc. since June 2022, Bea previously held the position of Program Officer at Metrobank Foundation, Inc. from February 2021 to June 2022. Prior roles at Habitat For Humanity Philippines included National Volunteer Programs Specialist, National Volunteer Programs Officer, and Youth Engagement Officer from 2016 to July 2020. Bea also worked as a Loans Officer at Invictus Microfinance Inc. from November 2014 to June 2016, where responsibilities included briefing communities on microfinance and processing loan applications. Additionally, Bea served as Project Coordinator for RTR Foundation/Mission Tacloban from May 2014 to June 2016, focusing on project planning and logistics. Bea's early experience includes an internship at the Asian Institute of Management in 2013. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Development Studies and a Bachelor of Arts with a Minor in Development Management, both from Ateneo de Manila University.
