Oksana Shurgai has a diverse work experience in the field of Quality Assurance (QA). Oksana started their career as a QA Engineer at Tieste in November 2014 and worked there until February 2016. Oksana then joined onehourtranslation.com in February 2016 as a QA Engineer and stayed until March 2017. Oksana then joined Finsight in March 2017 as a QA Engineer and Team Leader. Their responsibilities included analyzing business requirements, reporting and verifying bugs to ensure the quality of developed solutions. Oksana worked at Finsight until November 2021. From April 2022 onwards, Oksana is currently working at Smarter Contact as a QA Engineer and Team Leader.

Oksana Shurgai obtained a Master's degree with honor in Energy Management from the National Aviation University in 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree with honor in the same field from the same university in 2009. In addition to their degrees, they also obtained a Statement of Accomplishment with distinction (#PR4E) from Coursera in January 2015.
