Dan Kern is a seasoned executive with a wealth of experience in the energy sector. Since January 2013, Dan has served as the CEO of SmartEnergy.com, an independent energy supplier dedicated to providing low-cost electricity and outstanding customer service while sourcing 100% renewable energy from wind, solar, and hydro generators. In addition, Dan has held the position of Chief Executive Officer at U.S. Solar Energy since January 2022 and has been the Managing Director of Main Street Direct since April 1991. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Marketing from The Ohio State University, obtained between 1980 and 1984.
