Ruslan Pislaru has a diverse work experience in software engineering spanning over two decades. Ruslan started their career at MoldInfoNet in 2001 as a Software Engineer and worked there until 2003. Ruslan then joined Compudava as a Test Engineer and later shifted to the role of Software Engineer, where they developed a Multimedia Messages (MMS) relay server based on Linux.

In 2005, Ruslan joined Endava as a Senior Software Engineer and Team Leader.
