Ruchika Kudale began their work experience in April 2015 as a Trainee at The Dharampeth Mahila Multi-State Co-op. So. Ltd. During this time, they gained knowledge in managing various baking operations and processes. In July 2015, they joined Global Computer Education as a Computer Instructor and Exam Coordinator, where they taught MS-CIT and Tally ERP 9 with GST until December 2019. Their most recent role is as a Finance Trainee at smartData Enterprises Inc., starting in April 2021.

Ruchika Kudale pursued their education chronologically, starting with their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business/Commerce from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University in Nagpur, which they completed from 2016 to 2019. After that, they enrolled at the Tirpude Institute of Management Education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, which they completed from 2019 to 2021.
