Mohinder Singh started their work experience in 2009 as an Internship Trainee at ADI Biosolution. In November 2009, they joined ADI Backoffice Professionals (P) Ltd. as a Research Executive and worked until October 2011. In November 2011, they joined smartData Enterprises Inc. as a Software Trainee and gradually progressed to the roles of Software Associate, Senior Software Associate, and Delivery Manager. Currently, Mohinder Singh holds the position of Senior Delivery Manager at smartData Enterprises Inc.

Mohinder Singh's education history begins in 2001 when they attended St Paul's Ser. sec. school Palampur for a year. Although no degree was specified during this time, their field of study was medical. In 2003, they enrolled in Himachal Pradesh University and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Medical. Mohinder completed this program in 2007. Following that, from 2007 to 2009, Mohinder Singh attended Dolphin PG College of Life Sciences in India, where they pursued a Master's degree in Bioinformatics.

In terms of additional certifications, Mohinder Singh obtained a certification in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning for Business from Udemy: Online Courses in July 2021.
