Meg Snyder has a diverse work background with experience in various roles and industries. Meg most recently worked at SmartContact as a Director of Operations, overseeing a call center and ensuring efficient operations. Prior to this, they worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Web.com and as a Customer Advocate at TORCHx. Meg also gained experience in account management at DMEautomotive and held multiple positions at DME, including B2B & B2C Call Center Manager, Client Services Manager, LAC Project Manager, and Team Leader. Meg began their career as a nurse specializing in medical surgical nursing and cardiac critical care at Union Memorial Hospital.

Meg Snyder completed their primary education at Fort Sam Houston from 1981 to 1990, focusing on the field of study in combat medicine and operating room technology. Afterward, in 1993 to 1996, they attended Union Memorial Hospital School of Nursing to deepen their knowledge in nursing. In 2012, they obtained certification as a Bikram Yoga Teacher from the Bikram Yoga College of India, specializing in mind-body medicine.
