Emma Haines has over a decade of experience in sales and support roles, primarily focused on assistive technology and disability services. Currently serving as the Head of Global Partner Sales at Smartbox Assistive Technology since January 2017, Emma has progressed through various positions within the company, demonstrating expertise in global partner sales and account management. Prior to this, Emma worked at Bromsgrove District Council as a Casual Lead Coach specializing in disability and held roles at City Electrical Factors and Worcester City Council. Emma's educational background includes a BSc in Sports Coaching and Development from the University of Worcester, highlighting a strong foundation in coaching and support within the sports and disability sectors.
