Tomasz Chmiel is a Senior C++ Developer with extensive experience in software development and leadership roles across various companies. Currently employed at SmartBear since May 2023, Tomasz previously held senior positions at Sii Poland and Teleste, where responsibilities included overseeing code production, designing technical solutions, and managing development teams. Earlier experience includes contributions to international projects at Luxoft and key roles in external projects for Nokia and Teleste at Sii Polska. Beginning a career at PSI Polska, Tomasz progressed from software tester to lead developer while working on significant SCADA systems for energy grid management. Tomasz Chmiel holds an Engineer's degree in Robotics and Automation Engineering from Poznan University of Technology.
