Mitch Barrie's work experience begins in 2002 with a role as a Salesman at Akaba, Inc. Mitch then joined NetSuite, Inc. in 2003 as an Account Executive, selling software offerings to small and medium-sized businesses. In 2006, they moved to Intacct Corporation as a Corporate Sales Representative, where they consistently achieved Presidents Club status. At Intacct, they sold ERP, accounting, and financial management solutions to mid-sized businesses. From 2012 to 2014, Mitch worked as a Senior Sales Consultant at Armanino LLP, providing consultative engagements and sales activities for cloud/SaaS software offerings. In 2015, they became a Senior Account Executive at Intacct Corporation, responsible for consultative sales interactions and helping growing businesses find the best ERP and financial management system. Mitch then joined RevStream Inc. in 2016 as a Sales Account Executive, assisting companies across industries in managing and automating revenue recognition and reporting. Mitch transitioned to Aptitude Software in 2017 as an Enterprise Sales Executive, where they helped enterprise clients select software solutions for revenue recognition and lease accounting. In 2019, they became a Strategic Account Executive at Winshuttle, offering software products to improve SAP interactions. Most recently, they worked as an Account Executive at SmartAxiom, Inc., a software company securing the Internet of Things with lite blockchain technology. In November 2021, Mitch retired and became self-employed.

Mitch Barrie holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Sales/Marketing from the University of Vermont. Mitch studied General Sales, Merchandising, and Related Marketing Operations during their time at the university.
