Hayleigh Kurtz has extensive experience in People Operations and related fields, currently serving in a People Ops role at Forge since September 2022. Prior to this, Hayleigh held the position of Program Director for People Operations at On Deck from February 2022 to June 2022, and worked in People Ops at Aurora Solar from October 2020 to February 2022. Additional experience includes roles at ASICS Digital (formerly Runkeeper) in People Ops from January 2019 to June 2020, and as the Director of Operations at Firon Marketing from September 2018 to January 2019. From March 2017 to September 2018, Hayleigh contributed to talent and marketing operations as well as talent acquisition at TwentyPine. Early career experience includes positions at Lionbridge from June 2015 to March 2017, starting as a Junior Online Sales Recruiter and progressing to Lead Sales Intern and Junior Online Sales Representative. Hayleigh holds a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Quinnipiac University, completed in 2017, and graduated from Oliver Ames High School in 2013.
