Jerin Jose currently serves as the Lead Delivery Manager at Smartapp.com, overseeing project and professional services delivery in the US region since October 2020, with a focus on large enterprise customers such as ConEdison, Staples, and National Grid. Previously, Jerin held the position of Customer Success Manager at Smartapp.com, where engagement with clients facilitated the understanding of their business needs and digital transformation goals. Prior experience includes roles as Manager and Assistant Manager at CBRE, where consulting services and functional design for project management operations were provided. Jerin started the professional journey as an Implementation Consultant at WRENCH Solutions, leading software project implementation efforts. Jerin holds an MBA in Consultancy Management from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, earned between June 2020 and June 2022.
