Michael Vanca has extensive experience in leadership and technology roles, currently serving as Executive Vice President of IT and Special Projects at Smart Action Company LLC since May 2011. Vanca has held significant board positions, including Membership on the Board of Directors for Fulfillment Plus Services, Inc. from October 2000 to October 2015, LifeStyles in Motion from 2007 to August 2013, and Someone Cares Foundation from December 2010 to November 2012. As the Founder and General Manager of Advanced Driving Technologies, Inc. from August 2008 to April 2011, Vanca developed high-end 6DOF track simulators for professional racing training, integrating machine learning and advanced algorithms. Vanca's corporate experience includes serving as Corporate Vice President at NGK Spark Plugs (U.S.A.) from January 1986 to August 1999.
