Joaquin Peirano is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the energy and engineering sectors. Currently serving as General Manager and VP Commercial for the Americas at Smart Wires Inc. since December 2017, Joaquin oversees operations in North, Central, and South America, focusing on client relations and employee performance. Previously, as Commercial Manager for Latin America, Joaquin achieved record revenues, contributing to 70% of the company's total revenue for two consecutive years. Joaquin's background also includes strategic roles in business development and technical sales across multiple regions, as well as consulting experience at Navigant Consulting Inc., project engineering positions, and a solid foundation in quality management. Educationally, Joaquin holds a Master of Engineering Management from Dartmouth College and a Master's degree in Electromechanical Engineering from Universidad de Montevideo.
