Alec Riggs is a technical analyst at Smart Warehousing since September 2022, with prior experience as a technical support engineer at Cerner Corporation from July 2019 to September 2022, where the focus was on Tier 4 backend support for medical terminologies such as ICD10 and SNOMED. Alec has also worked as a service desk technician at Netsmart and as a Tier 2 helpdesk technician at SelectQuote Insurance Services, where responsibilities included technical support tasks in a face-to-face environment and managing Microsoft Server tools. Additional experience includes a role as a helpdesk support technician and engagement with customer service and technical support at Best Buy as part of the Geek Squad.
