Jordan Showers has extensive experience in sales and management roles. In 2007, they began working at Kroger as a meat cutter and was promoted to Sales Manager in 2009, becoming the youngest in the company with full P&L responsibilities. During this time, they improved store ranking from 87th place to 21st place in profit margins and overall sales, and added $1.2 million in annual sales. In 2011, they joined NorthStar Home as a Regional Sales Manager, selling smart security solutions and automation software directly to consumers and businesses. In 2014, they co-founded Principle Northwest Security, a security integration company, and wrote and revised all operational and sales processes, designed marketing campaigns, and delivered presentations to C-Suite executives. In 2017, they joined Viewpoint as an Enterprise Account Executive and managed the sales process for a diverse group of new business opportunities. In 2018, they joined Bannerman Security as the Head of Sales, where they rebuilt the entire sales department, crafted a new sales strategy, and formulated the product roadmap. Most recently, in 2020, they co-founded Smart Solar Energy, a company dedicated to providing resources for homeowners making the transition to clean, renewable solar power.
Jordan Showers has an Associate of Arts - AA in General Studies from Portland Community College. Additionally, in February 2019, they obtained certifications from LinkedIn in Asking Great Sales Questions, Becoming a Thought Leader, Business-to-Business Sales, Cybersecurity Awareness: Security Overview, Lead Like a Boss, Learning Excel Desktop (Office 365), Sales Pipeline Management, Sales Prospecting, and Salesforce for Sales Managers.
