Andrew Bangser has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Andrew began their career at GE in 1976, where they held various roles in technology, financial management, marketing, and capital transactions. Andrew later joined Home Financial Network as a CFO, contributing to its success and eventual acquisition by Sybase. Andrew then served as President and CFO of Foundation Source, a company offering support services to private foundations. After that, they worked as the CFO, CTO, and Business Strategist at Really Good Stuff, leading the company's sale to a private equity group. Andrew then served as Managing Director at Carter Morse & Goodrich, a boutique investment bank specializing in advising owners of leading niche market companies. More recently, they joined Ontogenetics Inc. as an Advisor and currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at SmartSeal.

Andrew Bangser obtained their MBA in Finance from The Wharton School, where they attended from 1977 to 1979. Following that, they pursued the GE Financial Management Program from 1979 to 1981, specializing in Financial Management. Prior to these achievements, Andrew earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physics from Brown University, where they studied from 1972 to 1976.
